Style Inspiration
This is my aunt as a kid and I’m totally stealing every element of her look for the fall. I love raiding family portraits for inspiration and even more, I love raiding family closets for the right goods.

So this doesn’t have a proper video but I was introduced to this song recently and really wanted to share it’s trippy vibes with you. I love imagining Greek women in the ’60s grooving to this in their poly maxi dresses and leather sandals.
A couple of days ago, Helena Christensen’s mom (who looks a lot like her) helped me try on a pair of Alaia hot shorts in her vintage store. Needless to say, they didn’t fit me (they used to belong to Helena). But I was drawn to the store itself because I knew it was full [...]
I love Star Styling and this new shirt is so clever…not in the least because the APC shop is across the street from them…
A lovely customer modeling her newly purchased reVamp suit at Treasury with accessories she had in her own wardrobe.
I really wanted to post this Kym Mazelle song, but there is no vid, so instead, check out Jody Wately’s intense intense egyptian goddess matador dominatrix crazy Frida eyebrows look.
Why are these not on sale yet? They’ve got my beach clown vibe down perfectly.
Guys, I just need to find an event to wear something like this too…I love the showgirl/girl group/dom vibe. I might just buy a BumpIt now.
Add Jazz on a Summer’s day to your Netflix queue asap….the hats, the sunglasses! These are the looks we are scouting out for our summer stock.
It’s been a rough week, but Doris Eaton Travis’ passing is bringing another tear to our weary eyes. If you haven’t read up on her life yet, I highly recommend the visually stunning Century Girl.
Feeling the stripes, the leather, the white and the black:
If you haven’t heard about Worn Magazine by now, please listen up. It’s an amazing fashion and culture magazine about DC and it’s ever-growing effervescence. And the photography is top-notch. The magazine can gotten at Treasury, as well as at other beautiful shops ’round town (the first issue features Treasury garments!). And keep up with their [...]

My fave song off their debut, plus a little bit of history with vintage crush Brad Renfro (RIP) thrown in. This summer style is for real (that TSHIRT DRESS!!):
p.s. Pharrell at his best
Ok, I know we’ve been gushing about fashion:district since it happened but I just had to post this last group of pics from TPWP…they really capture the essence of the event. Marshall really kicked ass with this batch.
Our girl Rachel styled this awesome segment on Fox and we were honored to include some outfits!
Um totally feeling this amazing tune from an old friend, encapsulating spring whims and colors and textures. I want to take a picnic with this song!
Order the lovely album here

I want to spend every evening chilling like a glamorous vixen in a chaise longue.
What I am into right now, which might seem incongruous:
(this song + these outfits= best mashup?)
(the serious serious androgynous looks in this video)
Ronia’s big sister Anoko is a fantastic stylist as you can see from this photo! Anoko quickly whipped together this amazing all-Treasury 1880s meets the 1920s outfit! It reminded us of the fashion in The Young Victoria (see it!) where the collars and flares on the jackets made us wish for a Victorian revival for men as well.

The 80s hair is so crucial in this video that I had to post it. Thanks to Ally, I am now OBSESSED with this song. It SPEAKS to me.
