Monday, there is a Western-Europe film bonanza (ok – two movies) as The Mask of Desire (Die Braut) screens at the Goethe-Institut and La Vie d’artiste shows at the Alliance Francaise.

Wednesday, DJs Johnny Metro and Radel Esca spin all hip-hop from all eras at the Galaxy Hut (2711 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA) from 9 – 12 pm.

Friday, Face Accidents (from DC-ish!), Box Elders (from Omaha!), and the Calm Blue Sea (from Austin!) play the Velvet Lounge.

Saturday is the last day of the mixed-media triumvirate of Family (Zoe Charlton), War (David Levinthal) and Video (Gabriel de la Mora) at Conner Contemporary Art.
